Job Overview

As a Product Designer, your primary role is to be responsible for elevating Arbox user experience. You’ll work to refine Arbox’s simplicity while applying it to new experiences that our users will love by conducting user research and translating that into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.  

 Responsibilities and Duties:

• Deliver detailed, clear, and accurate UX/UI designs to developers.
• Help us craft our users’ experiences and create the best-of-class UX for an amazing set of products
• Translate complex problems into simple and elegant experiences for a range of users across mobile and web platforms.
• Build insights and frameworks that influence design decisions across the product team.
• Build interaction models, workflows, screen designs, and visual details that resonate with the Arbox user.
• Introduce elegant UX patterns that impact the experience across the entire product
• Proactively identify usability concerns within the product.
• Creatively apply the best user interface design ideas of the consumer web to business applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. technical developers, business leaders, and customers.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of UX Design experience - at least 2 years experience working on SaaS B2B products.
• A portfolio of design work/case studies demonstrating your skills, methodologies, and approach
• Understand how to balance out business goals and user needs, and how they affect the production of design solutions.
• Technological orientation, understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of modern project management methodologies.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and management capabilities with the ability to prioritize.
• A passionate and motivated team player with excellent communication.
• Broad-minded with a “can do” approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - both in Hebrew and in English
