Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help shape our product, drive innovation, and scale our technology across multiple verticals- including fitness, wellness, beauty, clinics, and more.

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor and technical leader within our development team. 

You’ll design and build new features end-to-end, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for a diverse and growing customer base.

What Your Day at Arbox Will Look Like

• Design, develop, modify, debug, and maintain both front-end and back-end features based on detailed functional, non-functional, and technical specifications.
• Take full ownership of features from concept to production—including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences across multiple business verticals in an agile environment.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards, clean architecture, and best practices across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability, and system-wide enhancement.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance, helping grow the team’s capabilities.
• Support project planning, sprint management, and workflow organization to ensure efficient execution.
• Participate in operational responsibilities, including troubleshooting production issues and maintaining system reliability.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy, architecture, and decision-making.

What You’ll Need for the Job 

• A collaborative, positive personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or web development with both front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Experience with MySQL (schema design, optimization).
• Experience with React – Huge advantage.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel Framework) – Huge advantage.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud services – Advantage.
• Background in a fast-paced tech environment—ideally a scaling startup with a SaaS product.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a proactive “can-do” approach.
• Ability to manage priorities, guide teammates, and contribute to leadership within the dev team.
• Passion for innovation, solving complex problems, and delivering impactful solutions.
  
  

Location & Work Style

• Full-time role, hybrid - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
• Based in the BSR Towers in Bnei Brak, Israel.
